Our company performed services that ranged from simple mortgages to house flips to short sales, and ultimately we evolved into private lending in collaboration with investors worldwide. Due to the stringent institutional banking guidelines globally, many entrepreneurs have no possibility to obtain adequate funding for their mega projects via institutional banking. So they turn to US to assist them in allocating funding solutions. Our objective is to pair our clients with an interested investor and connect the two, to the best of our ability, and assist until we close the deal. There are no up-front costs from our company and we only collect on pre negotiated commission agreement upon closing. Its as simple as that.
In 2019 our company was forced to evolve due to COVID lockdowns Nationwide. We wanted to assist the small to mid size business owners with working capital to stay afloat, or get back on their feet.
